Therapeutic Gardening Community

This is an IN PERSON Gardening Community. 

Weekly meets with your Gardening community to tend to our vegetable garden as well as our spiritual garden.

Ways that we will tend to our gardens:

• We will open up our gardening time with a breathing meditation, a light stretch as well as affirming our Gratitude 
• We will affirm our emotional/mental state
• We will tend to the vegetable garden by planting seeds/seedlings and learning the needs of our plants 
• We will learn about thinning our seedlings, transplanting, watering, pruning and harvesting what we are growing
• During harvest we will share what we've grown 
• We will close out our time with another breathing meditation and set an intention for the week.
